401 servo alarm 24V besleme hattı ile ilgili alarmdır. En problemli arıza türüdür. Kapı switchi olarak-emg hattı olabilir-güvenlik rölesi olabilir – 24v Power supply güç kaynağı problemli olabilir. Makine marka model sorunun nasıl kaynaklı olduğu ile hikayesini anlatır iseniz yardımcı olmaya çalışırım.
Bu sorun Power supply üzerinde bulunan soketler üzerinden geçen hattan kaynaklanır. Sorunun düzelmesi için 24V Emg hattınında sorun olmaması gerekir. Aynı şekilde Esp hattınında tamamlaması gerekir. Bu hat ok ise Fanuc SArı Kutu power Supply Mcc hattı kısa devre olarak Ana kontaktörü çektirir. Servo Ready olur. Saygılarımla.
anderson andi cabmaxx 2002 router. when I turn the power on, boot up the computer, the amplyfier does not get a 0 on the screen. the other amplefier before this one, and the power supply module both get a 0 for a couple of seconds and then it goes to the not ready. the problem amplifyer never gets the 0 and a code comes on to the computer, 401 servo alarm y axis vrdy off. thanks
